The Predominant Business Model© Add-In for Microsoft Excel 2007 from Service Leadership, Inc enables those who wish to categorize Solution Providers by business model, to do so automatically in a spreadsheet which contains the relevant revenue information about each Solution Provider.
The result of the =PredominantBusinessModel() formula is a text string (label) that identifies the specific Predominant Business Model© of the Solution Provider in question. This label can then be used to group the Solution Provider with other Solution Providers of the same Predominant Business Model© for benchmarking, best practices and channel program purposes.
